Inspection Information

The Park City Fire Service District offers inspections for the businesses and residences severed in our response area.  Below is information about the different inspections that we offer.

Business License Inspections

Business license inspections are required as part of the business licensing process.  Inspections are done on all business locations that are not home-based businesses and on all residences that are rented on a short-term basis

Routine Business Inspections

The on-duty crews of the Park City Fire Service District provide routine business inspections.  Your business may be inspected once a year or once every two years depending on the classification of your business.  The on-duty crews will contact your business to make an appointment.

The form that is used for the inspection can be viewed by clicking here.

Detailed information about the most common violations can be found here.

If you have questions about an inspection that has already been done, contact the on-duty crew that did the inspection.  The on-duty crews can be reached by calling (435) 940-2500 and following the prompts to be connected to a fire station.  If you would like to schedule an inspection contact the Fire Prevention Bureau at (435) 940-2532.
