PCFD Opening New Station 31 10/31/08
Park City Fire Station 31 located at 1353 Park Avenue will be closing its doors 10/31/08. The crews will be moving into the newly built Station 31 located on Holiday Ranch Loop Road directly behind the Radisson. What does this mean to you? By relocating Station 31, we are able to more strategically place our resources allowing for better coverage of Park City's Old Town, Park Meadows & Iron Canyon, and other populous neighborhoods within Park City boundaries.
Crews trained in trench rescue
This October, Park City hosted Trench Rescue Training for Special Operations Team members. Every year people die tragically while working in and around open trenches. Park City Fire is committed to offering its residents and visitors the highest level of service and protection, and with all the new construction, there is an unprecidented amount of trench hazards in our area. We have done our part to prepare for trench collapse, but please, the best call is the one we don't have to go on. Be safe while working in or around trenches, watch your children around home construction sites, and when in doubt about trench safety- CALL FIRST!
Kurt Peterson Promoted to Captain

Fire Destroys Home on Upper Norfolk

Crews responded to the blaze but the fire had already completely engulfed the structure. Two adjacent homes were also damaged in the fire fight.

Park City Fire District recently hosted an "open house" at its new Administration Building at 736 W. Bitner Road. This group photo was taken after the event.
Promotional Ceremonies were held for Captain Max Dosher and Engineer Pete Emery after the open house. Congratulations. Park City Fire supports you and wishes you success!
