General Permit Application

A General Permit Application is required for uses/activities required by the International Fire Code, 2006 edition.

Burn Permits

Open burning will be permitted,  March 30th through May 30th. Permits are only issued for the area served by the Park City Fire District, excluding Park City proper. To request a burn permit click on the following link http://www.airquality.utah.gov/Compliance/OpenBurning/index.htm

Project Clearance Review

The Park City Fire District requires all new construction within the boundaries of the Fire District to pay Impact Fees and receive a Project Clearance prior to issuance of a Building Permit.
