Fire Prevention
Chief Mike Owens lives in Heber with his wife and three kids. He has been with the Park City Fire District since 2005. He spent 12 years as a Paramedic/Firefighter and 4 years working in the Fire Prevention Office. Mike spent 10 years working in the ski industry and 8 years in the construction industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Service Management from Utah Valley University. He teaches the Emergency Medical Technician class at Park City High School and community CPR and First Aid.
