PCFD and Ski Patrollers participated in a joint MCI training this week. Teamwork in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is critical to effective and safe care of patients. EMS partners must work together in managing the scene and establishing scene safety, load and move patients, deliver stabilizing care on scene and during transport, and transfer patient care to receiving facilities. We appreciate our working relationship with the ski patrollers in our response area we work with at Deer Valley and PCMR.
