12 EMTs that have recently joined the PCFD team. During the next 2 weeks they will be training, reviewing PCFD Protocols, and will be tested on their skills in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. For part of the training the EMTs were able to train with Airmed on helicopter safety and hotload procedures. We appreciate Airmed’s crew for taking the time to work with our new EMTs. September 10th, they start working their assigned shifts on the ambulances.
