The event takes place on September 29th from 11 a.m. until the chili is gone typically around 3 or 4 p.m. in the parking lot of South Town mall. Admission is free. In order to try the different chili’s and vote the cost is $20 for a roll of tickets or “chili bucks”. Usually about 15 – 20 departments’ participate in the event. There will be Live music and a bounce house.
All proceeds benefit University of Utah Health Burn Camp Programs.
