The Strategic Plan is developed by the entire organization and is a living document that may be changed at anytime, thus it is labeled as “Draft.” It is comprehensive and begins with input from all personnel. The suppression and administrative chiefs meet to combine, refine, and brainstorm to develop a concise, and organized plan.
