Request for Public Records
The Park City Fire District strictly adheres to the Government Records Access and Management Act, also known as GRAMA. Any individual can make a request for public records, however GRAMA includes many statutes as to which records are available and to whom. Please see Salt Lake City's understanding GRAMA page if you have further questions about obtaining public records.

Request Medical Records
The Park City Fire District complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We have in place policies and procedures to monitor the disclosure of patient information. If you would like to request medical records for an individual or yourself, please click the link below.
If you need to request ambulance billing records, please contact Gold Cross Services at 888-771-3606 or 801-975-4385. The Park City Fire District does not maintain ambulance billing records on site.
